MMCRU Finishes Third Fails To Advance To State Bowling Tournament

LeMars, Iowa -  On Tuesday, Feb. 18, the Sweet 16 Lanes hosted the Class 1A Boys and 2A Girls Fistrict Bowling Tournament. MMCRU wound up third in the team race with a pin count of 2,775, finishing behind runner-up Harlan 2,949 and district champion Forest City 3,149. 

Ethan Riedemann led the Royals with the team's individual high game 225 and high two game series of 426. As a team, MMCRU had a total pin count of 1,869 heading into the Baker Rotation. There the Royals added another 906 pins to their total with a two games breaking 200 (Game 1 - 215, Game 4 - 220).
